Gilded Leads LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at app.gildedleads.com and gildedleads.com (collectively, the "Service").

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (encrypted), and business information including your insurance license details and licensed states.
Payment Information: Billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number. We retain only the last four digits of your card and billing address for account management purposes.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, login timestamps, and device information (browser type, IP address, operating system).
Lead Data: We collect and process information about your leads including names, phone numbers, email addresses, geographic data, and communication history. This data is used to power the lead distribution, CRM, and communication features of the Service.
Communications: We retain records of SMS messages sent and received through the platform, call logs, notes, and email communications processed through the Service.
Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar availability to generate appointment booking slots. We do not read or store the content of your calendar events.

The Gilded Leads platform processes personal information belonging to individuals ("leads") on your behalf. As a user of the Service, you are the data controller for lead data you import or that is distributed to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of lead data complies with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy laws.
We act as a data processor for lead data and process it only according to your instructions and as described in these policies. We do not sell lead data to third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS and voice), Brevo (email delivery), OpenAI (AI features), and Google (calendar integration). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
Business Transfers: If Gilded Leads LLC is acquired, merged, or undergoes a similar corporate transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account information and lead data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for account reactivation. After 90 days, your account data is permanently deleted.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@gildedleads.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security monitoring. Our database is hosted on Supabase, which maintains SOC 2 compliance.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

By using the SMS features of the Service, you acknowledge that all SMS communications sent to leads must comply with the TCPA. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining records of express written consent from all contacts before initiating automated text messages on their behalf.
Standard message and data rates may apply to contacts receiving SMS messages through the platform. All SMS campaigns must include opt-out instructions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
